Warranty
We promise to provide our customers with high-grade services and warrant our products' reliability. We take responsibility and guarantee for the normal and trouble-free work of the streamed consumables. If there is a proven damage to the printing device due to a streamed consumable, we would repair it for you free of charge.
Free delivery
When an order is placed, our team takes the consumables and delivers them back to your home or office - FREE of charge if you are in Sofia city and within 24 hours since your order was placed.
Corporate service
A corporate service contract will be signed - the contract outlines the overall policy towards corporate clients and regulates the manner of application and confirmation of each delivery method, payment method and timing, discounts, reports and returns.
Corporate clients receive monthly reports on all orders made by their employees and the costs. This is extremely important in forecasting future costs and planning of the budget for printer consumables. Managers receive information if their employees are complying with the set company policy.
Account Management – any given corporate client will have account manager who controls the quality of service, sends updated information about bonus programs, monthly newsletters, specifically designed for corporate clients;
Service-through express delivery, spare equipment and mobile technitians, our service department improves and facilitates the work of the client in order to ensure smooth operation.
