TonerStream was launched in 2008 as the online retail division for end customers and is part of Toner Support Ltd.

Toner Support is engaged in manufacturing and B2B distribution - including its own BLACKBOARD brand and import activities with more than 3,000 products.

ETIRA Membership

ETIRA

(European Toner and Inkjet Remanufacturers Association) is the European association that unites remanufacturers of toner cartridges and sets quality and environmental standards in the industry.

Toner Support is the FIRST and ONLY Bulgarian company — a full member of ETIRA (since 2004, license 2004/BG/023). Membership includes compliance with the ETIRA Code of Conduct — a set of rules for social, environmental, and quality responsibility in the industry.

RIEW / MoEW Permit

Since December 2010, Toner Support holds a permit from RIEW under MoEW for activities involving hazardous waste under the Waste Management Act. This is a mandatory requirement for legitimate toner cartridge recycling in Bulgaria and is an indicator of transparent and lawful operations.
