What Does Our Guarantee Include?

• Legal Guarantee – using our products does not affect your printer's warranty. You can be confident that your rights as a consumer are protected.
• Satisfaction Guarantee – if the product you purchased does not meet your expectations or is defective, we will replace it with a new one or provide a full refund of the purchase price.

Guarantee Period

Every consumable purchased from us comes with a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase or until its capacity is exhausted. Toner cartridge capacity is calculated according to the ISO standard – 5% page coverage on A4 paper, and is based on the manufacturer's stated values, which we include in the description of each product.
