• This website and the trademark are owned by TONER STREAM Ltd. Their reproduction, copying or display in any form is not permitted without our prior written consent.

• All prices of goods and services intended for consumers are displayed inclusive of value added tax (VAT), where applicable. Delivery charges and any other additional costs are clearly stated before final confirmation of the order.

  Toner Stream Ltd. reserves the right to change the listed prices and availability. Changes do not affect contracts already concluded, except where provided by law or expressly agreed by the parties.

• These texts may contain typographical errors; minor differences in the colours shown in images or changes to the design of certain products are also possible.

• These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the relationships arising from ordering and purchasing goods and services from Toner Stream Ltd.

  Simply visiting and browsing the website does not automatically constitute the conclusion of a sales contract. When placing an order, customers have the opportunity to review the applicable Terms and Conditions before becoming bound by the contract.

• We reserve the right to retain your IP address and any other information you voluntarily provide that is necessary to identify you as a User of our services.
• The Terms and Conditions are published in a prominent place on the website, are accessible to every User and govern relationships relating to the products and services we offer.

These are all goods and services currently offered on the website that you can request and purchase. They are described by type and classified into separate categories for your convenience.

The User may pay for the ordered products and services using any of the methods listed above.

7.1. Complaints and Statutory Guarantee

If delivered goods do not conform to the contract, the consumer has the right to make a complaint and exercise their rights under applicable Bulgarian legislation, including the Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods.

Rights in the event of non-conformity apply to both new and used goods in accordance with the applicable statutory rules.

The submission of a complaint is not limited to seven days from receipt of the goods and does not depend on whether the consumer has exercised their right to withdraw from the contract.

7.2. Right of Withdrawal from a Distance Contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason and without incurring a penalty within 14 days, except in cases of exceptions provided by law.

For contracts for the sale of goods, the period generally begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, receives the goods. For deliveries involving multiple goods or parts, the starting date is determined in accordance with the applicable statutory rules.

7.3. Online Withdrawal Function

For distance contracts concluded through the store's online interface, where the consumer has a right of withdrawal, Toner Stream Ltd. provides an online function for exercising that right in accordance with Article 52a of the Consumer Protection Act.

The function allows the consumer to submit a withdrawal statement online and explicitly confirm its submission. Following submission, the trader sends an acknowledgement of receipt of the statement on a durable medium, containing the information submitted and the date and time of submission.

Using the online function does not restrict the consumer's right to notify withdrawal by any other method permitted by law.

7.4. Distinction Between Rights

The right to withdraw from a contract, rights arising from non-conformity of goods and any commercial guarantee are separate rights and may be exercised in accordance with their respective conditions.

Exercising one of these rights does not automatically extinguish the consumer's other statutory rights.

• You have the right to browse, place individual orders for and receive goods and services from this website in accordance with the established terms and procedures.
• You have the right to obtain information about the status of your order.
• You have the right to have the requested goods and services delivered to an address you specify.
• You are obliged to pay the price of your order using a method indicated on the website.
• You may not use the content of the website without the express prior written permission of TONER STREAM Ltd.
• If your unauthorised activities cause damage or loss of profit to TONER STREAM Ltd., you are obliged to pay the corresponding compensation.

• We are neither obliged nor objectively able to monitor how Users make use of the services provided.
• We have the right to retain materials and information hosted on our server and disclose them to public authorities where there is a legal basis for doing so.
• We have the right to discontinue or modify the services provided at any time without notifying the User if a violation has occurred.
• We may publish hyperlinks to other websites and resources, but we are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy.

• Toner Stream Ltd. is liable for the goods and services it provides in the cases stipulated by applicable law.

  The company is not liable for damage arising from causes for which it is not legally responsible, including improper use contrary to the instructions provided, where there is a causal link between the improper use and the damage.

  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes consumers' mandatory statutory rights.
