What Makes This Service Different

Restoring the Original Cartridge, Not Just Refilling It

Toner Stream's streaming service provides comprehensive restoration of original toner cartridges through diagnostics, replacement of worn components, toner filling and installation of a new chip.

The difference lies in the extent of restoration.

With conventional refilling the cartridge is cleaned and filled with toner. With streaming, its technical condition is checked first. Worn components are then replaced as needed, after which the cartridge is filled with toner and fitted with a new chip.

When diagnostics show that the components have reached the end of their service life, a more comprehensive restoration is carried out: recycling with replacement of all parts.

Once we receive your toner cartridge, we diagnose it and determine the appropriate scope of restoration based on the condition of its housing and components.

By comparison, toner cartridge refilling is a more limited operation involving only filling with toner.

How the Service Works, Step by Step

With streaming, you do not send in your cartridge and wait for it to be processed. You receive a ready-to-use cartridge of the same model, while your empty cartridge is collected upon delivery and then restored for the next customer.

How We Check the Cartridge Before Delivery

You receive more than an old cartridge that has simply been refilled. The empty original cartridge undergoes diagnostics, cleaning, replacement of worn components and a final test before it is ready for use.

Before processing, the cartridge is diagnosed to assess its current technical condition and identify components requiring replacement.

After cleaning and restoration, a final test is performed before the cartridge is sealed.

We Check Print Quality

The final test is carried out before delivery to check the cartridge's technical condition.

The aim is to avoid problems such as white lines, faint printing, black dots and background shading.

Predictable Page Yield

Page yield depends on the specific model and its capacity. For streamed cartridges, Toner Stream specifies a yield comparable to that of a cartridge with the same capacity.

With streaming, we guarantee at least the same number of printed pages as you get with a manufacturer-branded consumable.

Warranty

12-Month Warranty on Every Purchased Consumable

Every purchased consumable comes with a 12-month warranty from the purchase date or until its rated capacity is exhausted.

Toner cartridge yield is calculated according to the ISO standard — 5% coverage on an A4 page, and is based on the figures quoted by the manufacturer, which we include in each product description.
