Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery

You can pay for the items selected from the „Toner Stream” online store, together with the applicable transportation costs, by Cash on Delivery. Payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt of the goods. This service is available only within the Republic of Bulgaria.

By Bank Card

You can pay in advance for the items selected from the „Toner Stream” online store, together with the applicable transportation costs, using a debit or credit card valid within the Republic of Bulgaria ( MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY). To complete a successful payment, you need to:

1. Register as a customer
2. Select product(s) and quantity
3. Select a delivery method (or enter a delivery address)
4. Select a payment method (if more than one is available)
5. Click the “Order“ button

When Paying by Card

• A payment page of (BORICA) opens, where you enter your card details.
• If you are registered for the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page from your card-issuing bank opens, where you enter your authentication password.
• Upon a successful transaction (authorization received), a message confirming the successful order is displayed on screen.
• Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if it is registered for participation in the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode online authentication schemes.
• The maximum transaction amount is 5112.92 EUR / 10,000 BGN.
• If a refund is required for amounts paid by card for contracted and completed services, we will process the refund through a credit transaction to the card used for the original payment.
• From 01.01.2026, in accordance with the applicable legislation and the introduction of the euro as the official currency in the Republic of Bulgaria, all transactions will be processed in euro (EUR).

Customer Data

• Card data „Toner Stream”, as the merchant, does not have access to this information; only our servicing bank has access to it.
• Authentication data „Toner Stream”, as the merchant, does not have access to this information; only the card-issuing bank has access to it.
• Customer data required for delivery. This includes name, address, telephone number, and email address for entering accurate delivery details or contacting the customer if clarification of order details is required.

Via PayPal

You can pay in advance for the items selected from the „Toner Stream” online store, together with the applicable transportation costs, through the PayPal system.
